These terms apply to your use of this website and to any work carried out by AV Infusion, of 10 Wingate Gardens, Welwyn, AL6 9PE.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices are confirmed on a job-by-job basis, either by phone, WhatsApp, or during an on-site visit, and agreed with you before any chargeable work begins. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period but may change if the scope of work changes once we're on site.

Guarantee

All installation and repair work is covered by our 12-month guarantee against faulty workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, extreme weather beyond normal expectations, or equipment faults unrelated to our installation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, please give us as much notice as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
